1. All goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable

2. All prices are nett and quoted in SGD. Final pricing (including any applicable promotions/ discounts and postage) will be advised in your invoice via email. We will refund you the money should the items you ordered run out of stock. Payment has to be made within 24 hours after invoice has been sent out. Please email us if you do not receive the invoice promptly.

3. We accept funds transfers via ATM or internet banking through several banks in Singapore. Further payment instructions will be shared in your invoice.

4. For collection, we provide meet-ups at centralised areas in Singapore at no extra costs. Prior arrangements have to be made. Or, you may choose to have your parcels sent via post, Local Registered Mail or Normal Postage, additional postage charges apply.

5. Duberu reserves the right to amend our Terms & Conditions as we deem fit.
